At Artesanos Design Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted home pieces. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the product in its original materials to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
